"Sports as a Way of Life" Continues

The program will kick off this semester with highly popular aerobics classes. Classes will be held at  at the East Sports Hall and begin on February 15. The "Sports as a Way of Life" 2011 aerobics programs will include Pilates training and will focus on cardio-vascular health and fat losing.

Tuesday          
4 p.m.- 4:50 p.m. Pilates
5 p.m. - 5:50 p.m. Fat Losing

Thursday
4 p.m. - 4:50 p.m. Fat Losing
5 p.m. - 5:50 p.m. Pilates

Over 160 students have already tried these programs, and they enjoyed participating in a fun and exciting program. So don't be late. If you are ''Sports As A Way Of Life'' participant, come by and join the group at East Sports Hall. Participation is free of charge for ''Sports As A Way Of Life'' students.
