Seminar Focuses on Construction and Energy Sectors
As part of the IE496 course, Rönesans Holding Deputy Chairman Ferit Seyfi Yağmuroğlu, Chief Strategy Officer İlker Çağlar and HR Specialist Gözde Sopacı met with senior industrial engineering students to discuss the role of industrial engineers in the construction and energy sectors.
During the seminar, the speakers gave an overview of the mission, vision and organizational culture of the Rönesans Group, whose main activities are in the fields of construction, real estate investment and energy operations. They also discussed career opportunities for IE graduates in the construction and energy sectors overall.
The seminar ended with a question and answer session, with topics covered including the company's expectations regarding potential candidates for employment.
