BilGenT To Hold "Horizons in Molecular Biology" Symposium
BilGenT (Bilkent University Molecular Biology and Genetics Society) has announced that it will hold a mini-symposium titled "Horizons in Molecular Biology" to take place on May 7 to 8. This is BilGent's third time hosting this event.
During the two-day event, Bilkent will be hosting numerous scientists and researchers specializing in topics in molecular biology and genetics from respected institutions both Turkish and international, such as University of Utrecht (NED), FORTH Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (GR), METU, Boğaziçi University, and Bilkent University.
Ten speakers are expected to give presentations on a variety of topics including, "Cognitive Aging and its Relationship to Synaptic Structure and Function," "Inflammation and Cancer," and "Axial Patterning, Regeneration and Evolution: Opportunities Offered by New Model Organisms."
The symposium is open to all and welcomes all those who might be interested.
