Are You Competent?
Whether you have or have not have heard about programs on Competencies in Business Life, you will soon. Hiring season is here, and the word "Competency" will be coming up more and more as you reach the interview stage for jobs or summer training.
The Career Center will be holding seminars on "Competencies in Business Life" for all 2nd-3rd-and 4th-year students. These seminars will help you:
- Learn what "competency" is;
- Learn the competencies required in business life;
- Learn common behavioral characteristics for competencies; and
- Find out whether you are "competent" or not before job/summer training interview
Seminars on "Competencies in Business Life" will be held on April 21 and 26. Details are below.
"Seminar on Core Competencies" for second-and third-year students will be held Thursday, April 21 at 5:40 p.m. in Mithat Çoruh Auditorium.
"Seminar on Technical Competencies" for third- and fourth-year students will be held Tuesday April 26 at 5:40 p.m. at Mithat Çoruh Auditorium.
Please note that the seminars will be in Turkish.
