Republic Cup Badminton and Squash Tournaments
The last tournaments of this year's Republic Cup events have been scheduled to take place as follows. All Bilkent students, personnel and graduates are invited to participate.
BADMINTON
Date: Sunday, December 25
Time: 10 a.m.
Fee: 15TL/person
Place: Main Sports Hall
Registration: Must be done prior to the tournament. Open to students, personnel and graduates.
SQUASH:
Dates: Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 28 and 29
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Fee: 15TL/person
Place: Dormitories Sports Hall
Registration: Must be done prior to the tournament. Open to students, personnel and graduates.
Division: Men and Women
a) Beginner/Intermediate
b) Advanced/Open
Awards: Awards will be given to the top finishers, and surprise gifts to all participants.
NOTE: Those students who participate in either of these tournaments and are in the ''Sports as a Way of Life'' program will be given points to be added to their Mountain Groups in Spring, 2012.
