Awards for Best Director, Best Actress Go to Bilkent Theater Instructors
Department of Theater instructors Meltem Keskin and Cem Emüler, both Ankara State Theater artists, received Sanat Kurumu 2011-2012 Theater Awards at a ceremony held in Eskişehir on Monday, March 11.
Mr. Emüler was presented with the Best Director Award for the play "Yanık," and Ms. Keskin was given the Best Actress Award for her performance in the play "Sırça Kümes."
Ms. Keskin also received this year's Sadri Alışık Anadolu Tiyatro Award, being named Best Actress of the Year for her performance in "Sırça Kümes."
