Bilkent Rock Festival Held

Neither rain nor exams can stop us fellow Bilkenters! Right in the midst of the toughest weeks of the semester, no, of the year, Bilkent students came out for the first ever Rock Fest, right here on our campus. Throughout Friday and Saturday events were organized on the grass area in between the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts and the Faculty of Management building, nowadays called simply the “fest area.” Bands featured included: The Rice, Pera, Başıbozuk, Kırmızı, Narkoz, Boot, Musk, Kora, TNK and Kaşmir, as well as performances in the ODEON by Kolpa, Kurban, and Teoman.
